Comments, Rules and Notes

Comments: New campsite, fully operational from 1st of September 2008. On the way from Swakopmund to Sossusvlei, at the border of the Namib Desert. 4 separated braai-sites, 4 toilets and 4 showers, big fireplace for up to 30 people and big terrace with roof - all with panoramic view - and kitchen available. Booking in advance for big groups (more than 8 people) is necessary. Astonishing panoramic view over grass plains and mountains, 10 easy to challenging well marked hiking trails incl. GPS waypoints and tracks are at your disposal (starting from the lodge).
Additional Comments: Campsite in a nature reserve on the border of the Namib Naukluft Park
Special rules: Please respect your neighbours. Loud music only allowed if no other campers on site.
Other: Groups up to 8 persons max. are welcome to have lunch/dinner/breakfast at the lodge, 4km away from the campsite. For bigger groups: only on request and subject to availability.
