  • Comments: Bruintjieskraal campsite is the ideal base from which to explore the Baviaanskloof Wilderness area. The campsite is situated at the south-eastern entrance to the Baviaanskloof – hour and half drive from Port Elizabeth; 35 km from Patensie; 8 km from the start of the gravel road – right next the Grootriver. Fishing, swimming, hiking and bird-watching is just some of the popular activities to be enjoyed.
  • Additional Comments: A Campsite on private property within the Baviaanskloof Mega Reserve
  • Special rules: No loud music or any loud noise; quad bikes or off-road motorbikes; no fireworks, crackers, firearms, or any other instruments to be discharged on the property.
