  • Directions to campsite: 3 km on the Uniundale side of Willowmore, take the Baviaanskloof turnoff- follow the road into the Kloof. Down the Nuwekloof Pass, past Uitspan and Rietrivier (Makadaatsgrot). Duiwekloof entrance is 3 km further on the left.

  • Comments: This is an exquisite wilderness campsite which has been created to blend into the environment. The camp is well maintained and its setting is breathtaking. The commentary in the visitor book says it all.
  • Additional Comments: Bush camp in a nature reserve
  • Special rules: Radios, loud music and drumming not allowed
  • Other: 4 units in a self-catering lodge. Large boma with braai, jetmaster fire and pool table which campers are welcome to use.
