From Durban travel on the R617 through Boston, Bulwer and Underberg. 6 Km out of Underberg turn right towards Bushmans Nek / Silverstreams. Drive for 27 km until you reach a turn-off towards Crystal Waters and the John Michaux Dam. DO NOT take the turn-off, but continue on the road for a further 7km. You will pass the Trading Store and Bushman's Nek Resort before reaching Silverstreams.

Comments: SilverStreams is the farm resort with affordable accommodation and plenty to do at the foot of the Southern Drakensberg Mountains We are privileged to be able to share the diversity of the Drakensberg with you. Sharing a boundary with our new neighbours, "Drakensberg Ukhahlamba Park", SilverStreams is one of very few private accommodation establishments sharing boundaries with this unique new World Heritage site. Bordering Lesotho, we provide a tranquil farm atmosphere with quiet streams, rolling hills, beautiful waterfalls and breath-taking views. We also offer camping in log cabins with attached caravans. All caravan and camping sites boast attractive grass lawns with electrical points. Whether you are an avid hiker, a dedicated fly fisherman, a pro golfer, a horse rider, a bowler, an active tennis or squash player, an adventurous 4X4 owner, a bird enthusiast, a dedicated environmentalist, a rock art researcher, a sight seer, an operator or just hungry for an escape from the city traffic, the wining-&-dining at SilverStreams is a stones throw from all of the above activities.

Special rules: We are in a valley surrounded by the Drakensberg, loud noises echo far, therefore we don’t allow loud music/drumming, motorbikes and/or quads (radios are allowed though).
Other: a) 1 x Luxury Cottage: Sleeps 4(bedding provided) + 2daybeds(bring own bedding) in living area for children under 10 years. Bring own towels and DSTV card. b) 1 x Wooden cabin: Sleeps 4(bedding provided) + 2 daybeds(bring own bedding) in living area. Bring own towels. c) 5 x Caravans with Log cabins attached to Caravans(bring own bedding & towels): Sleeps 4 persons.
