  • Comments: Olifantsdoorn Guest Farm is located in the Breederiver Valley, 11 kilometers from the picturesque town of McGregor and approximately 30km from Robertson on the R317. The farm contains large tracts of virgin veldt and biodiversity ranging from Western Cape Fynbos to Klein Karoo Renosterveld. Small game abound which include klipspringer, steenbok, grysbok, rheebok, porcupine, lynx and aardvark, just to name a few. Leopard and baboon are resident in the adjacent Riviersonderend Mountains. A large variety of bird species makes the farm and area a birdwatcher's paradise. Olifantsdoorn offers a variety of activities to tourists including: fly-fishing, mountain biking, bird watching, hiking and 4X4 trips in the adjacent Riviersonderend Mountains.
