  • Directions to campsite: From Ladismith, drive on the R62 to the dam at Amalienstein, at the Seweweekspoort, turn left. Drive through the Poort, keep left for 7km and turn right at Toyota sign post: Sandrivier, Frits en Jonel Hunlun. Drive for another 1, 5km until you reach the house (brown with green roof)

Comments, Rules and Notes

  • Comments: The campsite is close to a dam with various bird species – the sound of the birds is part of the tranquillity of the campsite. The campsite is part of a workable farm and farm activities can be seen. There is a lot of space for any kind of sport – we do not have any equipment yet but campers are welcome to bring it along. Just ask. The campsite is new and a lot of extras will follow as the campsite develop and as the need arises.
  • Additional Comments: Campsite on a farm close to the Seweweekspoort
  • Special rules: No loud music allowed, except when one group book all the campsites
  • Other: Fridge and freezing facilitites available at main house. Washing, telephone and internet facilities available and main house.
